Machine for blasting of wheel rims – pp

Machine for blasting of wheel rims is new type of machine and was developed together with customer. It is used for blasting of wheel rims. Every wheel rim can be blasted more times, since the frequency of blasting does not affect to the strength of wheel rims. Shotblasting enables excellent result of removing rust, paint and minor defects and thus prepare the surface for further treatment, such as colouring.

Operator loads the wheel rim in the shot blasting machine on the rollers, which turn during the shotblasting. Shot blasting machine operates automatically; the time of blasting is programed. The PP type blasting machine has built-in 2 throwing wheels ir-320 that are set at different angles. One wheel moves, which enables even more efficient blasting.

All shot blasting machines have installed ir wheels, which can be upgraded to ir sm@rt wheel. In combination with ir sm@rt valve the operation of shot blasting machine is more effective and optimal.
